"Dame! Dame! Dame! (Un Hombre En Medianoche)" es el trigesimo quinto sencillo de ABBA y uno de los megahits más famosos de la disco-era de "Voulez-Vous". Fue acoplado con el tema del mismo estilo, "El Rey Ha Perdido Su Corona" como su lado B.

"Dame! Dame! Dame!" fue escrita por Benny y Björn, con Agnetha en la voz principal. A través de un sonido envolvente y electrizante, un glisseo único que convida a moverse sin control, una flauta electrónica acompasada que la hace reconocible, un diapasseo de sintetizador que va de arriba hacia abajo, Agnetha, teje la historia de una joven solitaria que busca una relación romántica y ve en su soledad como la oscuridad le prohibe ser feliz. La canción fue registrada en Polar Music Studios en Estocolmo, Suecia, en agosto de 1979, y su liberación, en octubre de ese año, coincidió con el Tour mundial del grupo en 1979 de Noteamérica y Europa y con el lanzamiento del segundo album compilatorio "Greatest Hits Vol. 2" como su singlede cabecera.

La versión de esta canción, que fue liberada en su longitud de 4:46 por todas partes del mundo, además fue liberada en los Estados Unidos y Canadá en un formato corregido, 3:36 de longitud. Ésta fue hecha quitando la primera mitad de la apertura instrumental, las primeras cuatro de las ocho barras del puente instrumental entre el coro segundo y el final, y la decoloración de la canción en su inicio. Se cree que la revisión fue hecha por Atlantic Records, la etiqueta norteamericana de grabaciones de ABBA, y no por Polar Music Studios, de ahí la razón por qué estaba disponible sólo en EEUU y Canadá.

"Dame! Dame! Dame!" se transformó en el gran hit de 1979, golpeando los Charts mundiales en Bélgica, Suiza, Finlandia, Francia, Irlanda, Austria, Noruega, Países Bajos, el Reino Unido, Alemania y Australia.

La canción se ha vuelto una de los repertorios de ABBA más versionados, (alrededor de 25 versiones) entre artistas como Erasure, A*Teens, Yngwie Malmsteen, entre otros y se transformó en el sample utilizado por Madonna en su tema "Hung Up" en el 2006.
