LA CANCION:

"La Gente Necesita Amor " fue el primer sencillo lanzado por el cuarteto sueco, bajo el nombre de "Björn y Benny, Agnetha y Anni-Frid", el 1 de Junio de 1972. Fue incluido en su primer álbum, "Ring, Ring" a partir de 1973.

La canción, como todas las canciones de ABBA, fue escrita por los dos hombres del grupo, Benny Andersson y Björn Ulvaeus. Fue producido por Michael Tretow que apuntó la creaciòn de una "pared" de Phil Spector- cÓmo sonido sobre la grabación.

Aunque no es una canción memorable de ABBA, esta sigue algunas normas del estilo de ABBA. La balada trata sobre lo que la gente puede dar el uno al otro para hacer sus vidas más fáciles y crear un mejor mundo.
