LA CANCION:
"Al Andar" es el vigesimo octavo sencillo de ABBA y fue el quinto sencillo de su quinto album de estudio de 1977, "The Album". El sencillo fue acoplado con el tema de estilo Rock "Get On The Carroussel".
'Al Andar' (títulos previó de trabajo Yippee Yay, Big John, Joanne, Love For Me Is Love Forever) es una canción vals en clave latina registrada por el grupo musical sueco ABBA y liberada en 1977 en el álbum, Abba: The Album. Las voces principales fueron realizadas por Björn Ulvaeus en el primer verso hablado y por Agnetha Fältskog en el segundo y tercer versos.
La versión española de Move On, Al Andar (o El Andar) se registró en enero de 1980 para el álbum en español de ABBA 'Gracias por la música' con letra en español de Buddy y Mary McCluskey.
"Al Andar" una de las canciones más romanticas del grupo, fue interpretada por la melodiosa voz de Agnetha salvo en el primer verso que es habledo por Björn a modo de relato y hace un reflejo entre la vida que siempre esta en movimiento, al igual que el mar y su corriente o el viento y su corrida, trae la vida en un ciclo interminable por lo que siempre hay que continuar a pesar de las penas y los desalientos que aparezcan en el camino, sólo hay que seguir moviendose. Se cabe destacar que probablemente está canción haya sido escrita y dedicada en memoria de Martin Luther King.
"Subete Al Carrusel", interpretado en conjunto por Agnetha y Frida, en cambio nos muestra una canción alegre, rápida, atrayente, que nos envuelve en una atmósfera de sensaciones mcomo si fuera un carrussel girando a enorme velocidad, itnerpretada en vivo durante los conciertos de 1977, forma parte del minimusical escrito pro Benny y Björn en esa época, 'The Girl With The Golen Hair' cuyo extracto apareció solamente en el film ABBA-The Movie y que fue reeditado para ser incluido y acoplado como cara B del sencillo de 'Al Andar'.
El sencillo solamente fue lanzado en Chile, en dónde fue el único lugar en dónde alcanzó el No 1, y otros países latinoamericanos que lo imitaron dado al estilo musical fuertemente influenciado por la rica música latinoamericana El sencillo, a pesar de su liberación limitada, alcanzó en varios países las diez primeras plazas en los Charts individuales, donde la fiebre de la ABBAmania causaba furor.
